Two-Person Handmade Teapot Set
Crafted at Studio Pottery London using Scarva Earthstone white clay, this teapot set is high-fired at 1245°C for exceptional strength, durability, and a refined, tactile finish.
The surface features a gentle blue crackle glaze, beautifully contrasted by a flowing black glaze that naturally drips from the rim, creating a sense of movement and spontaneity. The exposed clay at the base reveals the raw, organic texture of the material, grounding the piece with a quiet, earthy elegance.
Thoughtfully sized for two, the set blends functional simplicity with expressive craftsmanship. A subtle yet clever detail on the handle includes a small notch, thoughtfully designed to hold a tea bag string, adding both convenience and charm to the experience.
Each piece in my studio is carefully handmade, making it truly unique.
The crafting process takes one to two weeks from start to finish - a slow, intentional journey that gives every ceramic its own character. As a result, no two are exactly alike.
Natural variations in color, shape, and finish add to each piece’s individuality, meaning it may differ slightly from the product images.

Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage in transit, email us at info@changcreations.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
- Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Return Shipping
- If the item is not faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs and must use insured, tracked postage. Refunds are only issued for items returned in perfect condition.
- We cannot refund items damaged during return transit. You will need to file a claim with your shipping provider.
- Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll refund the item cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement (if possible) or issue a refund.

UK Shipping
Packing your order carefully and securely takes some time, so please consider this when estimating your expected delivery date. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and is generally done withing 5 business days of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure you select the correct shipping option at checkout.
Free Collection
- Free collection is available from our London secure location. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
Standard & Tracked UK Shipping
- Free standard UK shipping is available on full-priced orders of £200 and above (excluding sale and discounted items). Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Post (not tracked).
- 1st Class Tracked shipping is for all orders and should take one working day from dispatch. This is charged at a flat rate of £8
- If you have a tight deadline (e.g., a last-minute birthday or wedding gift), please mention it in the buyer’s notes, and we will do our best to meet your timeframe - though this cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
International Shipping Policy:
- Free standard International shipping is available on full-priced orders of £400 and above (excluding sale and discounted items).
- Flat Shipping Fee: For international orders, a standard shipping fee of £30 will be applied to each order, regardless of destination.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges prior to placing an order. Any customs fees assessed are non-refundable.
Taxes & VAT Information
Chang Creations Ltd is not VAT-registered, meaning we do not charge VAT on our products. All prices displayed on our store are final and do not include VAT or other sales taxes.
For UK Customers:
No VAT will be added to your order, and no VAT invoice will be provided.

Instructions
Before First Use
No special preparation is needed. Simply wash your piece with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
Daily Care for Tableware
Our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe, but to extend their longevity, we recommend handwashing with a soft cloth or sponge.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, as extreme shifts can cause cracking.
Each piece is handmade and one of a kind, meaning subtle variations in color, shape, and finish are natural and add to its uniqueness, so it may differ slightly from the product pictures.
